Overseas markets are on a roll these days

NEW YORK (AP) - While U.S. indexes dully waver within a minuscule range, overseas markets are on fire. Japan's Nikkei average hit its highest point since 2001 earlier this month. Britain's FTSE 100 Index on Friday had its best close in four years. Germany's DAX is at its highest level since 2002. Korea's KOSPI Index is up more than 20 percent so far this year.

Saudi Arabia, UAE open to OPEC decision

VIENNA, Austria (AP) - The oil ministers of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates said Saturday they were receptive to an OPEC decision to increase its output quota in an attempt to control soaring oil prices.
