Gap pays $10M to replace exec stock options

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Slumping retailer Gap Inc. will pay Chief Executive Paul Pressler and four other executives up to $10.1 million so they won't have to keep stock options that threatened to raise their tax bills more than they anticipated.
