Dollar falls vs. euro, other currencies

NEW YORK (AP) - The dollar ended lower against the euro and other rival currencies Tuesday, but recovered from its worst levels of the day after Federal Reserve policy-makers raised their benchmark interest rate by a quarter-point and hinted that there could still be more to come.
