Dollar finishes lower; traders await data

NEW YORK (AP) - The dollar ended slightly lower Monday, but held onto most of the gains it etched Friday, as traders await a January retail sales report Tuesday and testimony from Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke Wednesday and Thursday.
