Dollar falls against the euro

FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) - The dollar fell Friday against the euro, which dropped below the $1.28 mark before regaining some strength as U.S. industrial production figures pointed to a slowing economy and higher prices on imports led to worries about inflation.
