Dollar falls on Fed rate hike decision

FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) - The U.S. dollar fell against the euro and other major currencies Wednesday after the U.S. Federal Reserve raised its key interest rate and the European Central Bank decided to hold its own rate steady.
