U.S. dollar gains against the euro

BERLIN (AP) - The dollar gained against the euro Thursday, as traders focused on whether the European Central Bank was considering cutting interest rates and on Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan's testimony in Washington on China's currency.
