Dollar climbs against euro

FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) - The dollar rose against the 12-nation euro and other major currencies on Tuesday amid relief that Hurricane Rita caused less damage than expected to oil facilities and expectations the U.S. Federal Reserve would likely keep raising interest rates.
