For small biz, income tax season is now

NEW YORK (AP) - Almost every accountant has a story about a small business client who showed up on April 10 or thereabouts, expecting to start work on a company or personal income tax return. Or, worse, a client who showed up with a shoebox full of receipts and invoices, also expecting to get a return done in short order.

NEW YORK (AP) - As the credit card bills start rolling in this month from the recent holiday season, many consumers are going to get that queasy feeling that they've overindulged. There are antidotes for "debt hangover," experts say, but they require putting payment strategies in place _ and sticking to them.
