Sovereign Bancorp in fight with investors

NEW YORK (AP) - A Spanish bank is making a big investment in Philadelphia-based Sovereign Bancorp Inc. and has the option to take full control, but investors aren't getting any say over that deal. Why not? It's not required and it would be expensive, says Sovereign's CEO.
