NEW YORK (AP) - The advice "follow the money" is being taken to heart by some private equity fund managers, who are leaving the lucrative dealmaking business for berths in corporations. At the same time, there is some increasing evidence of corporate acquirers using their stock, not cash or debt, to finance their deals.
