Ex-'Lost' star Rodriguez freed from jail

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Former "Lost" star Michelle Rodriguez has found her way out of jail. Rodriguez was released from a Los Angeles County women's jail Wednesday after serving 18 days of a 180-day sentence for violating probation in a drunken driving case.

Judge may let Rather's lawsuit proceed
