NEW YORK (AP) - How Jeff Zucker handled adversity as NBC plunged to fourth place in the prime-time ratings was one of the measuring sticks General Electric Co. chief Jeffrey Immelt used in choosing him to run NBC Universal, Immelt said Tuesday.
