Ty Pennington apologizes after arrest

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Ty Pennington, host of ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," apologized to his fans and co-workers Monday after he was arrested for investigation of drunken driving. "I made an error in judgment," Pennington said in a statement released through his publicist, Stan Rosenfield.

'Lost' end is in sight: The year 2010

LOS ANGELES (AP) - ABC is attempting to rescue once-hot "Lost" by ending the show _ in 2010. Bowing to the fact that convention isn't working for the drama about plane-crash survivors on a surreal island, the network is taking the unusual step of turning "Lost" into a limited-run series.

Actress Kim Fields gives birth to a son

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Kim Fields, who played Tootie Ramsey on "The Facts of Life," has given birth to a son. Sebastian Alexander Morgan, who will be called Sam, was born Friday at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces, said the actress' publicist, Linda J. Stewart, in a statement Monday.
