'Today' set to mark 10 years on top

NEW YORK (AP) - After a lousy spring, summer certainly is a lot brighter at NBC's "Today" show. Television's most popular morning program has halted a ratings free-fall and, by most accounts, improved enough so that those around it this week can exhale and enjoy a milestone 10 years in the making.
