LOS ANGELES (AP) - Greatest sidekick of all time? According to Entertainment Weekly, in the issue hitting newsstands Monday, it's Johnny Carson's longtime couch-warmer, Ed McMahon. The magazine picked what it deemed an all-time top-50 of second bananas.
