FCC wants to reconsider indecency ruling

NEW YORK (AP) - The Federal Communications Commission rushed to judgment in concluding that "NYPD Blue" and three other television programs violated rules governing the broadcast of indecent and profane material, an FCC lawyer said Tuesday.
