BOGOTA, Colombia (AP) - In a country with few opportunities to publicly vent frustrations, Colombians have been flocking to kiosks where they can record brief video clips that are then beamed into living rooms as part of the TV show "CityCapsula."

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. (AP) - Elmer "Len" Dresslar Jr., who extolled vegetables to generations of TV watchers as the booming voice of the Jolly Green Giant, has died. He was 80.

'Muppets' may return to primetime TV

LOS ANGELES (AP) - The Muppets could come back to primetime television with their own reality show. ABC has ordered a script and five episode outlines for "America's Next Muppet," in which viewers may join in choosing the newest member of the puppet family that includes Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy, a network spokeswoman said Tuesday.

BBC announces plans for Arabic TV service
