LOS ANGELES (AP) - An attorney for the former boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith has filed a second lawsuit against the reality TV star, this time alleging fraud and conspiracy, his lawyer said Thursday.
 
'Owen Marshall' actor Arthur Hill dies

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Veteran character actor Arthur Hill, whose dozens of television and movie appearances included the title role in the series "Owen Marshall, Counselor at Law," has died. He was 84.
