Drinking investigated in Garrison crash

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) - Eyewitnesses said actor Lane Garrison of TV's "Prison Break" showed signs he may have been drinking the night the car he was driving crashed into a tree, killing a teenage passenger and injuring two others, police said Monday.

Letterman signs with CBS through 2010

NEW YORK (AP) - David Letterman isn't going anywhere. CBS Corp. announced Monday that the late-night funnyman has signed a contract to stay on the air until at least 2010. It was widely reported in September that Letterman had agreed to the deal.
