NEW YORK (AP) - In a Dec. 5 story about the appointment of new anchors for ABC's "World News Tonight," The Associated Press reported erroneously that NBC anchorman Brian Williams is 47. He is 46.

Orphaned kids appear on Tyra Banks show

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Supermodel-turned-talk show host Tyra Banks announced Wednesday that corporate donors will provide a computer, clothing allowances and college tuition for seven children who were orphaned when 11 people were mowed down by a man police said was driving a stolen tow truck.
