Blogger sued over topless Aniston photo

LOS ANGELES (AP) - A Hollywood movie studio filed a lawsuit claiming gossip blogger Perez Hilton posted a stolen topless photograph of Jennifer Aniston on the Web. Universal City Studios Productions LLLP filed the suit Tuesday claiming the stolen image was posted on the perezhilton Internet site by Mario Lavandeira, aka Hilton.

Michael Moore wins a new court round

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (AP) - Michael Moore won a round Tuesday in a court battle with the brother of Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols, but the plaintiff's lawyer said she is considering whether to take the case to the Supreme Court.

Daniel Baldwin enters plea in Calif. case

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (AP) - Actor Daniel Baldwin pleaded not guilty Tuesday to felony charges that he illegally took another person's car, and a judge canceled a warrant for his arrest.
