NEW YORK (AP) - The stars are not aligned at one celebrity tabloid. To match Us Weekly's cover photos of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie together on an African beach, Star magazine doctored two separate oceanside pictures of each actor.

Marlon Brando items to be auctioned

NEW YORK (AP) - Marlon Brando fans, it's time to make an offer that can't be refused. More than 250 items, including Brando's annotated script from 1972's "The Godfather" and a letter from the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. urging his participation in a civil rights march, will be auctioned June 30. The items are being put up for bid by Brando's estate.

Marvel to make films based on comics

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Marvel Enterprises Inc. will begin producing movies based on its comic book characters and team up with Paramount Pictures to distribute the films, the companies announced Thursday, in a deal Marvel said will boost its revenues.

Jack Osbourne gets KO win in first bout

BANGKOK, Thailand (AP) - Jack Osbourne, the bespectacled son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, trained for almost four weeks before entering the ring against a veteran Thai kickboxer. The result: a second round knockout win for the 19-year-old, who stars with his parents and sister Kelly on the MTV reality show "The Osbournes," now in its final season.

2nd horse killed during 'Flicka' filming

SIMI VALLEY, Calif. (AP) - Two days after a horse died during filming of a remake of the 1943 classic "My Friend Flicka," an animal-welfare group said it has learned another horse had died on the set two weeks earlier.

Berry donates clothes to benefit auction

BEDFORD, Ohio (AP) - Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry has literally given the clothes off her back to her former high school. The Cleveland-area native donated two of her designer gowns to the school to be auctioned during its annual prom fashion show. The money raised will send Bedford High School students on a field trip to the Underground Railroad Freedom Center in Cincinnati.
