Hasselhoff, estranged wife split custody

LOS ANGELES (AP) - David Hasselhoff and estranged wife Pamela Bach have been awarded joint custody of their two daughters. A Superior Court judge on Thursday said the actor and actress will have alternating weeks with their daughters Taylor, 16, and Hayley, 12. They also will alternate custody annually for holidays such as Christmas and the children's birthdays.

Ultrasound ban advances on Cruise hoopla

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - The California Assembly has voted to restrict the use of ultrasound machines for personal use, approving a bill that would allow them to be sold only to licensed professionals.
