SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) - Actress Cameron Diaz is suing The National Enquirer for more than $10 million, alleging the celebrity tabloid libeled her in a story that claimed she cheated on boyfriend Justin Timberlake by kissing another man.

Sizemore turned down role to stay sober

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Tom Sizemore, who was convicted of domestic violence against former Hollywood Madam Heidi Fleiss, said Thursday he recently turned down an acting job in Thailand to concentrate on overcoming his substance abuse problems.

Report: Denise Richards gives birth

NEW YORK (AP) - Denise Richards has given birth to a daughter, People magazine reported. Richards, who filed for divorce from Charlie Sheen in March, gave birth to the couple's second daughter, Lola, Wednesday night at a Los Angeles hospital, her publicist confirmed to the magazine. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces.
