NEW YORK (AP) - Helena Bonham Carter is pregnant again. The 41-year-old actress and her partner, Tim Burton, are expecting their second child together, her publicist, Karon Maskill, said Thursday. No other details were provided. The couple have a 3-year-old son, Billy Raymond.

Writer-director Mel Shavelson dies at 90

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Melville "Mel" Shavelson, who wrote, directed and produced dozens of films with such stars as Lucille Ball, Jimmy Cagney and Frank Sinatra and was twice nominated for Academy Awards, died Wednesday at age 90.
