L.A.'s famed Chinese Theatre sold

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Grauman's Chinese Theatre, the 80-year-old landmark that attracts droves of tourists every year, has been sold to Hollywood's largest commercial landlord but still will operate as a film house.

Composer Iglesias wins Spain film award

MADRID, Spain (AP) - Alberto Iglesias, who composed the soundtracks for Oscar-winning film director Pedro Almodovar's "Talk to Her" and "All About My Mother," has won Spain's 2007 National Film Award, the Culture Ministry said Monday.
