NEW YORK (AP) - Rock is enjoying a resurgence at the top of the album charts, thanks to some much-anticipated veteran acts. System of a Down debuted at No. 1 on latest Billboard album chart, according to sales figures released Wednesday. The band sold approximately 453,000 copies of "Mezmerize," their first album in three years.

Judge orders Sizemore to appear in court

LOS ANGELES (AP) - A judge on Wednesday ordered actor Tom Sizemore to appear in court next week to explain possible probation violations. Sizemore failed to notify his probation officer after moving and had not enrolled in a drug treatment facility, Deputy District Attorney Sean Carney said.
