NEW YORK (AP) - Former Giants lineman Roy Simmons and celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred want an investigation into whether Simmons was denied access to the Super Bowl media center because he is gay and HIV positive.

Federal judge dismisses Bengals lawsuit
