Philadelphia Eagles shake up kicking game

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - The Eagles would apparently rather pin opponents back than score a sure three points on them. In a curious move Tuesday, Philadelphia claimed kicker Jose Cortez off waivers from Dallas and released Todd France, opting for stronger kickoffs over more steady field goals despite a slumping offense and stout defense.
