Nets rally from 18 down to defeat Bulls

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) - Jason Kidd knew time was on the New Jersey Nets' side, even when Chicago was scoring the first 18 points of the game. In the end, Kidd and Vince Carter combined to score 10 straight points down the stretch, and New Jersey rallied to beat the Bulls 91-86 on Friday night.
 
Garnett makes 2nd chance count vs. 76ers

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - With 3.3 seconds on the clock and the game tied in overtime, Kevin Garnett had one thing on his mind _ slow down. After missing the potential game-winner at the end of regulation, Garnett hit a 15-footer with Samuel Dalembert's hand in his face as the buzzer sounded in overtime to lift the Timberwolves to a 104-102 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday night.
 
LeBron struggles but Gooden rallies Cavs

Yet that's just what Bryant did, feeding Smush Parker for a game-tying layup with 0.1 seconds left and helping the Los Angeles Lakers go on to a 132-128 overtime victory Thursday night.
 
NBA-best Mavs extend win streak to 12

With Jason Terry struggling, that was exactly what the Dallas Mavericks needed Thursday night to beat the Indiana Pacers 100-91 and extend the NBA's longest winning streak to 12 games.
