SEATTLE (AP) - Gilbert Arenas capped his 42-point night by banking in a right-handed runner as time expired to give the Washington Wizards a 108-106 victory over the Seattle SuperSonics on Wednesday night.

MILWAUKEE (AP) - Jason Hart wasn't about to share any of the credit. Hart made the go-ahead basket _ he called it his first game-winning shot since high school _ with 3 seconds left to give the Los Angeles Clippers a 104-103 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night.
 
Duncan trying to show Spurs winning form

SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Tim Duncan showed his teammates how they need to play to regain the form they had during the Spurs' recent 13-game winning streak. Duncan scored 27 points, 19 in the first half, to lead San Antonio to a 90-72 victory over the slumping Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night.
 
Nowitzki-LeBron showdown goes to Mavs

CLEVELAND (AP) - Dirk Nowitzki and LeBron James struggled. Fortunately for Nowitzki, the rest of the Dallas Mavericks outplayed James' teammates. Nowitzki scored 23 points and Jason Terry added 21 to help the Mavericks beat the Cleveland Cavaliers for the second time this month, 98-90 Wednesday night.
 
Williams, Heat stay hot, beating Hawks

ATLANTA (AP) - Miami has endured so much adversity this season that the Heat's dwindling lead hardly concerned Jason Williams. "It seems like someone has been out for us all year long," Williams said. "So we just have to keep doing what we have to do to win." Williams had 21 points and eight assists, and the Heat beat the Atlanta Hawks 91-83 Wednesday night for their 10th victory in 11 games.
 
Raptors make up for loss of Bargnani

TORONTO (AP) - Chris Bosh made up for the loss of Andrea Bargnani by outplaying fellow All-Star forward Dwight Howard. Bosh had 34 points and 16 rebounds in the Toronto Raptors' 92-85 victory over the Orlando Magic on Wednesday night.
 
Kings' Artest charged with misdemeanors

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - Sacramento Kings forward Ron Artest faces four misdemeanor charges stemming from a dispute with his wife at home earlier this month. The charges were filed late Tuesday. Placer County Deputy District Attorney Dan Quick said Artest will be arraigned Thursday on charges of battery and corporal injury to a spouse, false imprisonment and dissuading a witness from reporting a crime. Each carries a maximum sentence of one year in prison.

With the shot clock about to expire and the Jazz holding a four-point lead, Utah's rookie forward didn't have a choice when Andrei Kirilenko dumped him the ball at the top of the key. The 26-foot shot was about 21 feet outside Millsap's usual range, but it went in and clinched the Jazz's 104-100 win over the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.
 
No Billups, no problem for Pistons
