Pierce may call it a season after win

BOSTON (AP) - If this was the end of Paul Pierce's season, the Boston Celtics captain couldn't have done much more to help his team. Pierce scored 32 points _ including 15 after the third quarter _ to lead the Boston Celtics to a 105-96 double-overtime win over the Orlando Magic on Wednesday night.

Lewis scores 33 as Sonics beat Nuggets

DALLAS (AP) - After the first 6-0 road trip ever, the Dallas Mavericks got home to set another franchise record _ even without Dirk Nowitzki. With their star out after hurting his left ankle in the first half, Jason Terry had 27 points with a couple of key late baskets and the go-ahead free throw in the Mavericks' 105-103 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night for their 60th victory.
