WASHINGTON (AP) - Shaquille O'Neal wasn't sure when he'd be back in the Miami Heat lineup after a bruised right thigh kept him out of a playoff game for the first time in his career.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Shaquille O'Neal didn't play, and Dwyane Wade committed five turnovers in the first quarter. Still, the Miami Heat kept their perfect postseason intact. Five Miami players scored in a 13-0 third-quarter run that swung the game, and Wade steadied himself to finish with 31 points, nine rebounds and six assists, leading a 102-95 victory over the Washington Wizards on Thursday night. That gave the Heat a 3-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.

Jermaine O'Neal scored 22 points, Reggie Miller had 19 and Jeff Foster grabbed 20 rebounds Wednesday night to lead the Indiana Pacers past the Detroit Pistons 92-83 in Game 2, tying their Eastern Conference semifinal series at one game apiece.
 
Mavericks edge out the Suns 108-106

PHOENIX (AP) - The Dallas Mavericks slowed things down and played a little rough in Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals. Michael Finley was phenomenal from the field, and Dirk Nowitzki hit a 12-footer with 6.8 seconds left to give Dallas a rugged 108-106 victory over the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday night to square the best-of-seven series 1-1. Game 3 is Friday night in Dallas.
 
Brumbaugh declares for NBA draft
