Jackson leads Storm to 83-77 win over Fever

SEATTLE (AP) - had season highs with 24 points, 15 rebounds and five blocked shots to lead the Seattle Storm to an 83-77 victory over the Indiana Fever on Saturday night. The Storm (4-1) won their fourth straight game since an 18-point loss to Los Angeles in the season opener. Jackson scored eight points in that game, and has averaged 18 points since.

Katie Smith leads Lynx past Sting 73-67

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Katie Smith scored 17 points and Svetlana Abrosimova added 15 to lead the Minnesota Lynx past the Charlotte Sting 73-67 Saturday night. Tammy Sutton-Brown scored 14 points, and Tangela Smith and Tynesha Lewis had 11 apiece for the Sting, who fell to 0-3 on the road.

Man arrested after Detroit bomb threat
