Owning a waterside home was beyond the realm of fantasy for someone who didn't always have birthday and Christmas presents as a kid. Forget gifts _ there were times as a youngster when his family went without food. Everything's so different now for the Miami Heat guard.

Sparks' Leslie nearly gets triple-double

LOS ANGELES (AP) - An offensive adjustment by the Los Angeles Sparks almost earned Lisa Leslie a triple-double. Leslie had 22 points, 11 rebounds and a career-high nine assists to lead the Sparks to an 86-63 rout of the Phoenix Mercury on Saturday night.
