Milton-Jones leads U.S. over Nigeria

SAO PAULO, Brazil (AP) - DeLisha Milton-Jones scored 13 points and Tina Thompson added 10 as the United States routed Nigeria 79-46 at the women's basketball world championship on Wednesday.
