Bobcats minority owner in shares dispute

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - A minority owner of the Charlotte Bobcats wants to donate his share of the basketball team to a charity, but is being blocked by team managing partner Bob Johnson, The Charlotte Observer reported Sunday.
 
Gordon, Bulls pounce on Bobcats 115-76

CHICAGO (AP) - Ben Gordon could feel it immediately, and just like that, he piled up the points like a certain Chicago Bulls legend. He finished with only 23, but that was enough to lead the Bulls to a 115-76 victory over the Charlotte Bobcats on Saturday and draw a comparison to the man whose number 23 hangs from the United Center's rafters.
 
Yao to miss 6 weeks with injured knee

HOUSTON (AP) - Yao Ming will miss at least six weeks after fracturing the bone under his right knee in Houston's game against the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday night.

Ray Allen scored 28 points after missing nine games with a bone contusion in his right foot as Seattle snapped a season-high six-game losing streak.

Williams stays hot as Bucks beat Nets

MILWAUKEE (AP) - Mo Williams is on a roll, and so are the rest of the Milwaukee Bucks. Williams had 32 points, eight rebounds and eight assists, and the Bucks beat the New Jersey Nets 115-104 on Saturday night for their season-high fourth straight victory.
