MIAMI (AP) - Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade's injured right wrist showed no structural damage in tests performed on Thursday, and the team said its leading scorer was day-to-day. Wade will be a game-time decision for the Heat's home matchup Friday against New Jersey, the team said.

NEW YORK (AP) - The longer the game, the better the New York Knicks are. The Knicks withstood their third overtime game in 10 days and their third this season of two or more overtimes, outlasting Richard Hamilton and the Detroit Pistons 151-145 on Wednesday night.
 
Clippers snap streak, top Celtics 100-77

LOS ANGELES (AP) - After their most lopsided victory against Boston, the Los Angeles Clippers hardly cared that Paul Pierce was missing from the Celtics' lineup. Elton Brand had 25 points and 10 rebounds, Tim Thomas also scored 25 and the Clippers snapped a four-game home losing streak with a 100-77 victory Wednesday night as the Celtics' leading scorer watched helplessly from the bench in street clothes.
 
Trail Blazers beat hurt Hornets 100-85

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - The Portland Trail Blazers knew that the time to turn around a two-game losing streak was against the New Orleans Hornets without Chris Paul. Zach Randolph had 26 points and 11 rebounds, and the Trail Blazers beat the Hornets 100-85 on Wednesday night.
 
Artest back, Kings beat 76ers 101-76

Raptors beat Timberwolves 100-97 at home

TORONTO (AP) - T.J. Ford has the Toronto Raptors in first place in the Atlantic Division, even without Chris Bosh. Ford scored 28 points and Anthony Parker added 19 to lead Toronto to a 100-97 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday night.
 
Bulls beat Heat 109-103; Wade injured

CHICAGO (AP) - After beating each other up in the 2006 playoffs, the Bulls and Heat have carried their fierce rivalry into this season. Ben Gordon scored a career-high 40 points off the bench to lead Chicago to a 109-103 victory Wednesday night over the short-handed Miami Heat, who lost Dwyane Wade to a sprained wrist in the first quarter.
 
Rockets dominate Nets in 96-71 victory

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) - For one night, Shane Battier's shooting and some very good defense helped the Houston Rockets forget they will be playing without Yao Ming for a while. Battier hit a career-high seven 3-pointers and scored 23 points, and the Rockets limited the New Jersey Nets to 33 percent shooting in a 96-71 victory Wednesday night.
