Nylander lifts Rangers in shootout

SUNRISE, Fla. (AP) - The New York Rangers enjoy going to shootouts. Michael Nylander scored the only goal in the shootout to lead the Rangers to a 4-3 victory over Florida on Wednesday night. New York is now 3-0 in shootouts this season.

Spurred on emotionally by Ference's early game fight with NHL penalty minute leader Matthew Barnaby, the Calgary Flames got two goals from Amonte on their way to a 3-1 victory over the Dallas Stars on Tuesday night.
