TORONTO (AP) - The Ottawa Senators dealt their provincial rivals a demoralizing loss. Chris Kelly scored the tying goal with 2:06 left in regulation and Chris Phillips scored in overtime to give Ottawa a 3-2 victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday night.
