BANGKOK, Thailand (AP) - When North Korea plays Japan in a World Cup qualifying "home" game Wednesday, there won't be any North Korean fans in the stadium to cheer their team on _ or Japanese fans for that matter.

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - Landon Donovan's hotel room was a doghouse. His girlfriend, actress Bianca Kajlich, was in town for the U.S. soccer team's World Cup qualifier against Costa Rica, and brought along Luna, their new Boston terrier.
