ZURICH, Switzerland (AP) - FIFA's disciplinary committee fined Mexico's soccer federation $575,000 and reprimanded it Wednesday for failing to follow anti-doping procedures with defenders Salvador Carmona and Aaron Galindo at last month's Confederations Cup in Germany.
