Hartman becomes MLS' winningest goalkeeper

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Landon Donovan scored on a late penalty kick to give the Los Angeles Galaxy a 1-0 victory over Chivas USA on Wednesday night, making teammate Kevin Hartman Major League Soccer's all-time winningest goalkeeper with his 102nd career victory.

LONDON (AP) - Cursing is so prevalent in English soccer that one British educator called for games to be banned from television during the daytime last season. Following one contentious exchange between a referee and Wayne Rooney, the Manchester United star was sent to anger management classes after he used 10 obscenities in 60 seconds. He'll get a red card if he behaves the same way this season.
