BOGOTA, Colombia (AP) - A judge ordered the early release of the man who killed Colombian soccer star Andres Escobar for scoring an own-goal in the 1994 World Cup loss to the United States.
 
U.S. soccer team's flight diverted

SAN JOSE, Costa Rica (AP) - An airliner carrying the U.S. national soccer team to Costa Rica for a World Cup qualifier Saturday was diverted to Panama on Thursday night because of low fog in the Costa Rican capital, airport officials said.
