Galaxy trade goalie, acquire forward

CARSON, Calif. (AP) - The Los Angeles Galaxy made two moves Friday, trading longtime goalkeeper Kevin Hartman to the Kansas City Wizards, and acquiring forward Nate Jaqua from Toronto FC in exchange for a portion of an allocation.

LEIPZIG, Germany (AP) - The referee at the center of German soccer's biggest match-fixing scandal in 30 years will have to serve a prison sentence after an appeals court upheld his conviction Friday.
