CORAL GABLES, Fla. (AP) - The first half belonged to Tyler Hansbrough. His teammates did the rest during a second-half surge. Hansbrough scored 25 points and Bobby Frasor made two key jump shots late in the game to lead No. 23 North Carolina to an 80-70 win over Miami on Sunday night.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Kevin Pittsnogle went from zero to 25 in three days. John Beilein went from zone to man-to-man in 15 minutes, the length of a halftime. When the star player and head coach both have a good game, West Virginia is tough to beat. The No. 9 Mountaineers rebounded from their only Big East loss, dominating the second half in a 69-56 victory over No. 15 Georgetown on Sunday night.

Aya Traore scored 22 points and the No. 10 Boilermakers used a 23-0 run spanning halftime to beat the 11th-ranked Gophers 63-31 Sunday and remain in first place in the Big Ten. It was Minnesota's worst conference loss in six years.
 
No. 14 Pitt pounds Cincinnati 89-69

PITTSBURGH (AP) - Cincinnati has won either the regular season or conference tournament championship in the first season the last five times it joined a new league. That run will likely end this year. Carl Krauser had 18 points and reserve Keith Benjamin scored a career-high 16 as No. 14 Pittsburgh beat Cincinnati 89-69 in the first Big East meeting between the schools. Seven-foot center Aaron Gray added 15 points and 10 rebounds for his Big East-leading 13th double-double of the season.
 
No. 9 Oklahoma nips No. 12 Baylor in OT

"I'm not that impressed by my team very much, but we were very good tonight," Calhoun said after his top-ranked Huskies beat the Pirates 99-57 on Saturday night for their most lopsided Big East win ever. "I can't think of a game where we shared the ball so well and ran so well."
