WASHINGTON (AP) - Sarah-Jo Lawrence and ninth-ranked George Washington didn't get caught looking ahead. Lawrence and Jessica Adair each scored 16 points to lead No. 9 George Washington to its 17th straight victory, 87-60 over Saint Joseph's on Friday, tying them with Temple for the Atlantic 10 lead going into Sunday's game against the Owls.

Ex-Duke lacrosse coach moving on

SMITHFIELD, R.I. (AP) - The last time Mike Pressler prepared for a lacrosse season, his Duke team was among the nation's best. But after a stripper accused three lacrosse players of raping her at a March team party, Duke canceled its season, and Pressler resigned.
