BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (AP) - Tyrone Lewis scored a career-high 24 points and Clif Brown had 14 points and 16 rebounds to lead Niagara to an 83-79 victory over Siena on Monday night in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference tournament championship game.
