COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) - Pat Carroll scored 22 points and Dwayne Lee added 13, including a big 3-pointer with 76 seconds left, to lead Saint Joseph's to a 58-51 win over Texas A&M in the quarterfinals of the NIT on Wednesday night.
 
Maryland defeats Davidson 78-63 in NIT

COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) - Maryland moved into the quarterfinals of the NIT for the first time since 1972, getting 12 points and 11 rebounds from Nik Caner-Medley in a 78-63 victory over Davidson on Wednesday night.
